Custom Chenille Embroidery | Camo Jacket 3D Gou-Leng (Loop-Pile) Chain-Stitch Embroidery
This camo jacket design builds loop pile into every square block: the yarns form continuous loops, giving each block a plush, full body with clear raised-and-recessed texture. Chain stitching draws dividing lines between the blocks, and the overall outline is finished with a red flat-embroidered border. From a distance it reads as color-blocked camo; up close, the pile surface has visible depth.
Available techniques
Loop surfaces can be solid-color or segmented color blocking; pile height can be set by zone within 2–6 mm (2–4 mm commonly used); dividing lines can be changed to chain-stitch edging or flat-embroidered outlines; solid blocks with gradients are also available; for embroidered patches, merrowed edges and adhesive backing can be added.
Applications
Suitable for large chest or back graphics on streetwear hoodies, jackets and sweatshirts; camo, geometric patchwork and pixelated themes are especially effective; also suitable for bags, woven labels and collaboration designs.
Custom process: The customer provides artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → we check colors, dimensions and pile height → 3 simple samples are provided free of charge → bulk production begins after confirmation. Sampling takes 24–48 hours; complex techniques take 3–4 working days; MOQ is 300 pieces; regular bulk production takes 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling confirmation); rush orders can be prioritized.
Production capacity
Large-area multi-color block designs are scheduled uniformly by embroidery plate, with density and pile height compensated block by block to avoid the base showing at color-block seams. We have more than 30 special-embroidery computerized embroidery machines, along with laser cutting, pile shearing and heat-pressing equipment. Sampling and bulk production follow the same set of process standards.
